BRINDLEY PARK
Brindley Park, Merriwa is one of Australia’s most significant land holdings in the Upper Hunter Valley of New South Wales. Originally, one of the largest wool producing properties in Australia, in 1888, a total of 58,000 head were shorn in its 110 stand shearing shed which remains to this day. Brindley Park is set upon 2002 hectares of rolling hills where cattle are backgrounded on forage crops and pastures.
The property consists of the heritage stables, original homestead and pool house, and the modern neo-Palladian sandstone homestead set amongst acres of manicured lawns and gardens.
